Wendy guides business owners and their advisors through ESOP transactions and employee benefits issues in non-ESOP mergers and acquisitions. From the transaction planning phase through closing, she represents sellers, buyers, fiduciaries and their advisors. She facilitates clear communication between all of the stakeholders to close deals on time and on budget.
Wendy handles qualified retirement plans and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, including 401(k) plans, restricted stock plans, phantom stock plans and stock appreciation rights (SARs) plans.
She speaks regularly on ESOP transaction planning and execution, executive compensation, controlled groups, corporate governance and fiduciary issues.
