Associate Attorney

Zach is involved in several areas of employee benefits with a primary focus on issues related to executive compensation, deferred compensation plans, and general corporate tax issues. In addition to ensuring that a client’s business strategy complies with the Internal Revenue Code, Zach makes it a point to present complex legal problems in understandable terms and find solutions that align with the client’s objectives.
At Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, Zach was the recipient of the Scott H. Racine Award for Excellence in Taxation, a Fellow in the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, and a member of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. Zach is currently completing his LLM in Taxation at New York University School of Law.
